Our Approach

We believe a good landlord partnership is built on trust, transparency and mutual respect. We treat every property as if it were our own, and we keep you informed every step of the way. Our team is on-hand to deal with any issues quickly — so you never feel left in the dark.

Common Questions

Will my property be well looked after?
Yes. We carry out regular property inspections and maintain a detailed log of the property's condition. Any wear and tear is addressed promptly, and we will always notify you before undertaking any work beyond routine maintenance.
What if something goes wrong with a resident?
Our trained support staff are present regularly and on call. Any incidents are managed by our team — you won't be contacted about resident-related issues. We handle everything through our own safeguarding and support procedures.
Do I need an HMO licence?
It depends on your property and local authority requirements. We'll walk you through exactly what's needed during our initial assessment and can support you through the licensing process if required.
How long are your lease agreements?
We typically agree leases of 3 to 5 years, with the option to renew. We're flexible and will discuss the arrangement that works best for you during our initial conversation.
Is this only for landlords with multiple properties?
Not at all. We work with individual landlords who own just one property, as well as those with larger portfolios. If your property is a good fit, we'd love to hear from you.
